Decided to change the colour palette, I think it looks better

I’ve never posted art on here so bear with me.

The orange doesn’t suit my guy at all so I had a look at the different effects of the holowear and saw neon blue, hence then neon blue. I also wanted it to glow so there’s that. I’m a bit worried that the main colour would clash with ceruledges original colour but I didn’t want it to be black. And no I’m not shading anything, I’m not good at shading! No I’m not colouring in Ceruledge, I’m tired. Sorry the outlining is bad, it was rushed. I hope you still like it though.

(Also I just noticed how much ceruledge looks like Capitano from Genshin impact.)
